1. Moving the belongings out and in

For the security, please inform Coco Managing Office in written your permission and the schedule with the details of

- Names of people who are responsible for carrying the items in or out.

- The vans registration number if there is.

2. Regular access (such as maid or teacher etc)

Please inform Coco Managing Office in written when you have

- Teacher or driver is coming with the detail of name and schedule.

- Maid with the detail of name, schedule, and copy of identification and curriculum vitae.

* The Pass for such person will be issued by Coco. In case the person is not allowed to enter anymore, the Pass should be returned to Coco Managing Office. The fee is 15.000VND. Please note that Coco is not responsible for your own maid, driver or teacher ...etc.

3. Maindoor keys of 3 sets

Two sets are given to the tenant as soon as he/she moves in. The spare set which is under the control of Coco Managing Office shall be used in emergency case only or when the tenant has no key to enter.

4. Additional service for residents only​

a. Guest house should be booked in advance with the fee of 825.000 VNÐ/night

b. Meeting room should be booked in advance with the fee of 75.000VND/hour

c. Free Coco Shuttle Bus

5. Vehicles
Please inform to Coco Management Office the registration number of cars, motor bikes and number of bikes for our control.

Please be noticed that  Coco has some regulations which should be given to the tenant on the day he/she moves in.

- Swimming pool - Sauna

- Gym - Tennis court

- Regulation on rubbish and environment

- Police Registration should be done right after moving in Coco, again whenever coming back to the country after traveling abroad and renewing the visa or when having guest stay over night.

- Forbidden to climb/sit on the trees or veranda
